How to Fix it
To get only the excerpt or some lines of the content of the post on your home page or only the title follow the below steps carefully.
First of all, go to the theme editor.
Now go to the content.php file by opening the template-parts folder.
Now add the following code as shown in the picture below.
This code will show the title of the post and the excerpt with the featured image if the post has one. You can replace the excerpt with none to show only the title on homepage of the site.
