For Mobile Theme
If you are using the Tagdiv Mobile theme plugin fo the Newspaper theme then to add custom CSS for the mobile theme head over to the mobile theme option from the theme panel.
Now add the CSS there, custom CSS and advanced CSS options are also available there.
Add CSS From the WordPress Customizer
WordPress on its own offers the functionality to add custom CSS on any of the themes that you are using for your site. Here’s how you can add the CSS using the customizer.
Hover to the Appearance option and go to the customize.
There you’ll get an option of additional CSS. Open it.
Now add your required CSS to make it work on your theme. This CSS will work for all the devices if there’s not any mobile theme.
