What is Tier Reset
The tier reset is the function in every battle royale game that is responsible for taking the player at the low tier after the start of every new season or episode (cycle). Because BGMI/Pubg Mobile is also a battle royale game so, it is also gone with it. And the player who had ranked up their tier will get down to the lower tier depending upon the tier they had before.
Tier reset is available in the games to make the game more competitive and players to be engaged with the game.

What Will Be Your Tier After New Season Or Cycle In BGMI

BGMI C3S7 Tier Reset Date
The BGMI new super season system is here and currently, the month M13 (Season 7) is active. Every month there will be a new RP with new rewards and names like M3, M4, M5… The one month lasts for 30 days.
Current Season in BGMI: C3S7 Season, M12 Month ends on 17 September 2022.
It means after the day month M13 ends in BGMI, on 17 September 7:30 AM players will get a new RP, and also their tier will get reset according to the table above.
Tier Reset Time
The ranks or tier of the player will get reset when the new season or cycle starts in the BGMI or Pubg Mobile game. And on the clock, the timing would be 7:30 am that day. Like if the new season is about to start from the 1 Jan then on 1 Jan at 7:30 am the tier of the player will get reset according to the above table.
How Tier Reset Works and Its Rules
Tier reset works on the basis of your present rank in the older season. Like if your rank, for now, is Ace in the current season. So the tier you will get demoted to in the next season will be Platinum 1. The same calculations will also work for other tiers as well.
Tier rest won’t take your highest rank as the rank to demote you. For example, if your highest rank was Ace and on playing you will lose a lot and come at crown 5 then the tire reset take crown 5 as the rank to demote you not the Ace rank.
It means the tier reset works on the present time rank of yours to demote you on the next season.
