Spotify is really a great music player, its recommendations, music suggestions, quality is really good and user-friendly. But for some devices like OnePlus or Stock Android phones, Spotify holds up a player at the notification panel even after closing it completely.
This is annoying for users, and it may interrupt user tasks at the notification panel. Here is how you can disable it.
What is it
Whenever a user listens to a song through a Spotify music player. On closing the song and even after closing the application completely, it shows the mini-player at the notification panel.
How to disable Spotify mini music player on Android
To disable it from the notification panel or from the lock screen.
Open the notification panel, now swipe right or left over the mini music player of Spotify.
Go to its setting from there.
Now enable the ‘hide player when the media session has ended’ option.
Now, the mini-player at the notification panel will get disappeared once the Spotify music player is closed. So, that’s it on this post. If you have further queries then please leave a comment below.
