How to Change Weapon in GTA Vice City
The weapon can be changed in GTA Vice City by “mouse wheel“. Scroll the mouse wheel in forward or backward direction to change the weapon while the player is holding a weapon. Forward moving the mouse wheel changes to the next weapon, and backward moving the wheel changes give the previous weapon to the player character.

For PC :
On PC, weapon changing in GTA Vice City is easy with the mouse, just rotate the mouse wheel in forward or backward direction to change the next or previous weapon. The weapon can also be changed by the keyboard, using the “enter” and “num” (num lock) keys.
For laptop :
On the laptop, if you are using an external mouse to play GTA Vice City, use the “Enter key” to change to the next weapon, and for the previous weapon press the “NUM” from the laptop’s keyboard.
The “ENTER” key is the key above the “shift” key or below the “backspace” key, while the “NUM” key can be found above the number pads.

Edit Control for Next and Previous Weapon
